Ppa1m Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ppa1m platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ppa1m as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. ppa1m reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of ppa1m services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. Users found to hold multiple accounts may have all associated accounts suspended or closed without a refund of any balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ppa1m support team immediately.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. ppa1m reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account while the review is in progress.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Ppa1m users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or activity that compromises the security of the system.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through dishonest or manipulative means.
Ppa1m reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the accounts involved without notice.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the ppa1m platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost, and other methods listed when you log in to your account.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to rollover requirements for any bonus received. Withdrawal processing typically takes one to three business days, depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. ppa1m reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Any attempt to abuse the payment system — including intentional chargebacks or unjustified refund claims — will result in immediate action, including account suspension and balance freezing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ppa1m is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform — including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial loss resulting from betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry inherent risk, and ppa1m makes no guarantee of winnings.
All content on the ppa1m platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppa1m or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, display, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
The ppa1m platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. ppa1m does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ppa1m reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, law enforcement requests, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ppa1m platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels. Users agree that the relevant jurisdiction is the territory in which ppa1m officially operates.
